With no obligation, our Empty Out Volunteer will meet with you to determine how we can best fulfill your needs and provide a mutually agreeable schedule, terms and contract.
Fees are based on volume and extent of work involved (Base Fee is $400.00). All services are performed while the home is unoccupied.
Our volunteers sort and pack the entire home. We coordinate distribution of the entire contents to suitable charities, recycling, document destruction, or hauling. The home is left broom clean and empty.
If the home is to be offered for sale, our talented team can provide a Partial Empty-Out, leaving your home elegantly staged for sale and returning to complete the Empty-Out when a sale contract is accepted.
Miriam Switching Post provides an itemized inventory of your donation for tax purposes, and whenever possible we obtain donation receipts from the other charities as well.
