Our donors give us beautiful things, and we pass them on to you at bargain prices. And since the Miriam Shop is a not for profit organization*, your purchases are tax-free!

*Proceeds fund scholarships for children with learning disabilities (see below).

Donations of not just furniture, but other household items, art & collectibles, antiques and jewelry are always appreciated.

 What's On Our Wishlist*

We wish we had more volunteers!

Now accepting applications for customer-oriented volunteer positions (3 hours per week).

Also, contemporary dining furniture and seating (chairs, sofas).

 Gift Certificates

Gift certificates can be purchased in-store or by phone, for any amount. Remember, all proceeds help support students through Miriam: The Learning Disabilities Experts, so treat your family and friends and you'll help support our mission at the same time.

 Shop Smart

Look for dates on the price tags:
On items that have been here 30 days, get a 10% discount. After 60 days, get 20% off.

Find specially-marked sales tags to save even more. Get our newsletter and we'll let you know about upcoming sales, special promotions and events.

 Storage & Pick-Ups

Can't take it with you? Not to worry. We hold large-item purchases for up to 7 days at no charge (after 7 days, a daily storage fee commences).

Please bring helpers and any necessary items (blankets, ropes, etc.) when picking up large items. Volunteers are not allowed to do heavy lifting, but our moving team will help if/when they are in the shop.

 Deliveries

We offer delivery service for purchased furniture starting at $75.00, with FREE delivery for purchases over $1000.00*. Let us know at time of purchase if you will need delivery and our Donations Manager will contact you to quote a price dependent on distance and number of pieces and set a delivery date.

We also have a list of reputable moving services for your convenience.

*Within an 8 mile radius of the shop.
